Invoices will be emailed on the 1st of the month according to your preferred Payment Plan and Payment Method and will be due by the 11th of the month.
If you are on the Monthly or quarterly Pre-authorized Credit Card payment plan, you will receive a recurring invoice from "Square". On the initial invoice, you will need to enter your credit card information and click to authorize to save your credit card information. Once this initial setup is done, each month (or quarter) you will receive an invoice, then receive a receipt when the payment goes through. If your credit card information changes during the year, please be sure to let us know before the 1st of the month (when the card will be charged).
