Welcome to Mi-Cher Dance Academy
Mi-Cher Dance Academy is a family-style, ballet-focused dance studio. We offer Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet exams and a story-based Year End Production. Our goal is to provide students a place to take a break from the rest of life and just dance, while learning important life skills such as determination, commitment, and hard work.
At Mi-Cher, we want each student to learn and grow into not only the best dancer they can be, but also their most confident self. Our dance studio provides a safe, wholesome environment where you can leave all the stress and cares of the world at the door and just dance. Many lessons, beyond dance steps, can be gained in the ballet studio.
Founded in 1981 by Cheryl Geddert, Mi-Cher Dance Academy has been providing quality dance instruction to South Surrey for many years. We believe a strong foundation in ballet is essential. Our lyrical and contemporary ballet classes supplement the classical ballet programs, providing a wider breadth of creative movement to expand the dancers' training.
